Not maintained properly.. atleast hygienic bathroom and washed bedsheets are the bare minimum expectations which was not provided..very bad.Booked for 3 bed but only extra bed was provided without a cot and no space to put this extra bed

This property is entirely different from what is shown in the pics. Very old property and not that clean as well. Also the staffs were not helpful at all. Please double check before you book rooms here.

Staff was helpful. Room not so noisy for Indian standards.

The hotel and room were much more shabby and poor than in the photos. Not so clean. Would not recommend.

Everything was perfect check-in was quick, the room had a beautiful view, and the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely Visit again in future.

The staff were extremely rudeIt was impossible to pay by credit card.although I had secured my booking by credit card and it was written iin the payment conditions as being possible.Although continental breakfast was supposedly offered, it wasn't.The photos of the hotel from the outside on Booking website didn't correspond to realityThe room was in bad condition. Half the tap was missing in the bathroom. The walls were dirty. 2 men were smoking out of the window in the hallway as I was being shown my room and it was ignored.It was impossible to speak to reception from outside.

The attitude of the manger. He couldn't care less. When I asked for water he gestured for me to go out and buy a bottle! The images on the booking.com are 10 years old. The place is shabby and run down - nothing like the photos. Staff were miserable and didn't speak any English. (except the helpful guy). TV didn't work. I booked a superior room but got standard. No sofa. No coat-hangers, Noisy A/C. No Kettle. No toilet paper (I asked 3 times for this). Terrible Luke warm breakfast left outside door in plastic tray at 8am only. No breakfast room to meet other guests. No drink with breakfast. Had to ask every day for the 'complimentary' water. Poor location - not much to do here except watch traffic. I mistakenly booked this place as Google had a false pin 1 km away indicating it was Isha Centre. (I travelled from Scotland to attend the Mahashivratri Festival). Manager had no sympathy and even laughed at my misfortune. No chance of cancellation. I was stuck here for a week. No compassion. Just arrogance. I have travelled the world and stayed in maybe 100 hotels. This ranks as one of the worst!. All take and no give. Definitely not worthy of three stars - possibly 1. And yes I know the chain group PR person who probably has never been in this place will now post an apology blah blah

Restaurant is under renovation. So, they arranged the breakfast from outside, which was good. Spacious room.

The room was very small & eithoit any ventilationThere was no dinning room. The breakast was outsourced & served in the room.

What not . !!!! When we booked it was with Breakfast for all the adults and children and the hotel had provided BF for only adults and declined for children and told us it is not in their policy . I won’t suggest Fab hotels anymore to anyone . I tried reporting this to Booking.com , but no one lifted the call.

I recently stayed at Thejas hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service for a budget hotel. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, with all the essentials like AC, hot water, and a TV with cable channels. Highly recommended for budget travelers

The staff was friendly and very accommodative throughout and the breakfast was provided on time to the room as it has to be ordered from external provider. Room was just basic and fine for a 1 night stay.

The property was booked as it was rated so high but upon arrival I am shocked to see the real condition of the property which looks outdated and not clean.We unable to contact the property directly as we need to go through Booking.com messaging as it operated by Booking.com.Operated for sure and the rating shown is not what is in real situation. Even my review was hijacked with their own comment and rated 10 and I have initiate complaint to get back my rights to review rather than system overated reviews

Clean rooms, AC, hot water, and good Wi-Fi everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast with Pongal, Dosa and tea/coffee was a nice touch. Great value for money!
